This is one of those super simple recipes that everyone loves if they like pineapple and coconut.

Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 can crushed pineapple
1 - bag shredded coconut
1 package cool whip

How To Make pina colada cake

Step 1

Prepare cake mix according to directions for a 9x12 pan

Step 2

Cool cake and with a fork poke holes in cake
Step 3

Pour cream of coconut over cake making sure it goes all the way through the holes in the cake.
Step 4

Spread crushed pineapple over cake.
Step 5

Top with Cool Whip, and Sprinkle small package or can of shredded coconut over top.
