How to Make PINA COLADA CAKE
- Prepare cake mix according to directions for a 9x12 pan
- Cool cake and with a fork poke holes in cake
- Pour cream of coconut over cake making sure it goes all the way through the holes in the cake.
- Spread crushed pineapple over cake.
- Top with Cool Whip, and Sprinkle small package or can of shredded coconut over top.
