I fell in love with this cake when I got to try it. My husband made the mistake and said here, try a bite of this cake. And I ate the whole piece. I like to make this cake all year round.

- 1 box duncan hines classic yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 16 oz cans canned mandarin oranges, juice & all
- 4 large eggs
- FROSTING:
- 1 20 oz. cans can crushed pineapple, juice & all
- 1- 8 ounces carton of cool whip topping, thawed
- 1- 3.4 oz. boxes instant vanilla pudding

Step 1MIX CAKE INGREDIENTS WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL MANDARIN ORANGES ARE TINY SPECKS.

Step 2BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES IN A 9 X 13 INCH PAN. OR 3- 9 INCH PANS FOR 20-25 MINUTES.

Step 3FROSTING: MIX JUICE & ALL, PINEAPPLE AND PUDDING TOGETHER UNTIL BLENDED. ADD THAWED COOL WHIP & MIX AGAIN UNTIL WELL BLENDED. FROST COOLED CAKE.

Step 4PUT INTO THE FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
