- CUPCAKES
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box lime jello
- 3 - egg whites
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 1/4 cups water
- TOPPING
- 8 ounces vanilla or white chocolate chips melted
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kool-aid powder (watermelon cherry flavor)
- 1 cup cut watermelon pureed (about 4tbls pureed)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
How To Make picnic watermelon cupcakes

Step 1Mix all cupcake ingredients in bowl and beat for about 2min. Fill cupcake lined pans about 3/4 way full. Bake 350 for 15-18min. Cool.

Step 2Melt white chips and spread on cupcakes. Frosting-cream butter and sugar add puree and koolaid flavoring and beat til fluffy about three minutes. Frost cupcakes.

Step 3Sprinkle cupcakes with chocolate chips. Enjoy.
