Ingredients
- BARS
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ICING
- 1 - 3 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make picnic pumpkin bars

Step 1Bars: Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients.

Step 2Pour into lightly greased and floured jelly roll pan.

Step 3Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Frost

Step 4ICING: Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar. Forst cooled bars. Cut into squares.
