Our daughter is a ginger. She can't decide if she is a ginger because she LOVES pumpkin or if she LOVES pumpkin because she is a ginger! Dilemma!

eggs, beaten
2 c
granulated sugar
1 c
vegetable oil
1 1/2 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked
2 c
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
1 tsp
ground cinnamon


1 - 3 oz pkg
cream cheese
1 tsp
vanilla extract
3/4 stick
1 Tbsp
2 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Picnic Pumpkin Bars


  • 1Bars:
    Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients.
  • 2Pour into lightly greased and floured jelly roll pan.
  • 3Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Frost
  • 4ICING:
    Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar. Forst cooled bars. Cut into squares.
