Our daughter is a ginger. She can't decide if she is a ginger because she LOVES pumpkin or if she LOVES pumpkin because she is a ginger! Dilemma!

Ingredients

  • BARS
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ICING
  • 1 - 3 oz packages cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make picnic pumpkin bars

  • Step 1
    Bars: Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Pour into lightly greased and floured jelly roll pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Frost
  • Step 4
    ICING: Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar. Forst cooled bars. Cut into squares.
