  • BARS

  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • ICING

  • 1 - 3 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 stick
    margarine
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar

How to Make Picnic Pumpkin Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Bars:
    Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients.
  2. Pour into lightly greased and floured jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Frost
  4. ICING:
    Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar. Forst cooled bars. Cut into squares.
