Ingredients
- 1 package carrot quick bread mix (15.6 oz.)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 2 packages 8 oz. each philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
How To Make philadephia marbled carrot cake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350! Prepare bread mix as directed on pkg. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread batter into greased 13x9 pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, remaining 1/2 tsp. vanilla until well blended. Blend in eggs and pour over batter in pan, cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Bake 35 to 40 mins. or until cream cheese mixture is slightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack, cut into bars!
