- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup persimmon pulp
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make persimmon cake

Step 1Mix sugar, oil, eggs, & vanilla. Add flour, salt, spices, baking soda, buttermilk, & persimmon pulp.

Step 2Beat well, then add nuts.

Step 3Bake in 9"x13" pan for 1 hour.
