How to Make "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake
1HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans (or spray with baking spray)
2COMBINE dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 min. on medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into pans
3BAKE 30-35 min. Cool 10 min; remove to wire racks. Cool. Frost.
If using a 13x9-inch pan bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
4FOR THE FROSTING:
Melt butter, stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add more milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla
