How to Make PERFECT PUMPKIN BARS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350°.
  • 2Grease 15x10x1" baking pan.
  • 3In large bowl, combine all bar ingredients; beat at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
  • 4Pour into greased pan.
  • 5Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutesor until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 6Cool completely.
  • 7In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Frost cooled bars. Cut into bars. Store in fridge.
  • 8Sprinkle the top lightly with some nutmeg , cloves & cinnamon mixed, for color. It won't take much, so don't over-do it.
  • 9Note: Sometimes I make these thicker like a cake, as above. May need 2 batches to accomplish this.
