To my family I am Peppy and I am asked to make this cheesecake all of the time. You can freeze it too!!!

Ingredients

2 1/2 - sleeves of oreo
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 - egg yolk
24 ounces cream cheese room temp
9 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
3 - eggs
1 - egg yolk

How To Make peppy's oreo cheesecake

Step 1

Crush your oreos (food processor works best)and pour in a spring pan mix in butter and press to form crust.

Step 2

Making the cheesecake. Keep this order sugar in a bowl
Step 3

add one egg at a time including the 1 egg yolk, mix on low
Step 4

add cream cheese. Continue to mix until smooth.
Step 5

stir in sour cream then vanilla
Step 6

bake on 350 for 40 min turn off oven and leave in for 30 more min. Do not open stove.
