This is one delicious coffee cake. It's always a hit when I take it for Church potlucks. So moist and delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- PECAN TOPPING
- 3/4 - 1 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped, pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make pecan pleasin coffee cake ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with bakers joy or grease and flour. In a medium bowl, cream sugar with butter until fluffy. Add eggs and beat until thoroughly blended.

Step 2Add sour cream and mix until thoroughly blended. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat flour mixture into the sour cream mixture until thoroughly mixed.

Step 3Spread batter into prepared baking dish.

Step 4Mix brown sugar with cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Using a knife, swirl sugar mixture with batter. Take 1 tablespoon of soft butter and pinch pieces off and evenly sprinkle over the top of cake.This is optional.

Step 5Lay a piece of foil loosely over cake and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 - 15 minutes or until pick comes out clean.

Step 6Cool on rack. Enjoy! So yummy!
