I know this recipe has been around for a long time and I don't even remember where it came from. I just know that it has been in my recipe box for years and I had forgotten about it. Then a facebook friend of mine reminded me of it and I decided that I would post it. The picture is from her posting also. I remember these being so delicious and easy. I know my grandaughters will love making these.

Ingredients

1 c
light brown sugar
2 large
eggs
2/3 c
softened butter
1/2 c
all-purpose flour
1 c
chopped pecans

How to Make Pecan Pie Muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350F.
  • 2Grease a muffin pan (a miniature pan works best).
  • 3Mix together the brown sugar, eggs and butter.
  • 4Then add flour and nuts.
  • 5Mix by hand...with a whisk or large spoon.
  • 6Pour the mixture into the muffin pan until each muffin cup is 3/4 full.
  • 7Bake 20-25 minutes for regular size muffins, less time for miniatures.
  • 8Made @2 dozen miniatures.
