pecan pie muffins
I found this recipe on SouthernPlate. Everyone raves over these muffins that taste just like a little pecan pie. Hope y'all enjoy it as much as we do.

Makes 9 muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make pecan pie muffins

Step 1Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in the center of the mixture. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir together eggs and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.

Step 2Place baking cups in muffins pans and coat with cooking spray. Spoon batter into cups, filling 2/3’s full. Bake at 350 for twenty minutes or until done. remove from pans immediately. Makes 9 muffins.
