Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups chopped pecans, plus pecan 1/2's for top
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make pecan muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins or use paper cups. In bowl stir pecans, flour and sugar together. In another bowl beat the eggs and butter together.

Step 2Into wet mixture, add the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add vanilla. Fill muffin cups 2/3 cups full. Bake 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then pop out muffin tins and enjoy.
