1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 cflour
1 cchopped pecans
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Pecan Blondie
- Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9 x 13 pan
- Mix together both sugars, eggs, vanilla, salt, and oil
- Mix the flour and baking powder together and pour into the first mixture. Add the chopped pecans and mix only until no more flour is visible.
- Pour into baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, a toothpick should come out clean.
