pecan blondie
I've been making these since I was probably 8 or 9. I was given a little spiral bound Betty Crocker cookbook and this was one of the recipes. I've made them so often I memorized it! The cookbook is long gone, if I had the name I'd give credit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make pecan blondie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9 x 13 pan

Step 2Mix together both sugars, eggs, vanilla, salt, and oil

Step 3Mix the flour and baking powder together and pour into the first mixture. Add the chopped pecans and mix only until no more flour is visible.

Step 4Pour into baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, a toothpick should come out clean.
