1 boxyellow cake mix
3 cchopped fresh pears, apples or rhubarb
2 cheavy cream
How to Make Pear Custard Cake
- Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake mix according to instructions.
- Pour cake mix into prepared 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle chopped fruit evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle sugar over fruit. Pour cream evenly over all.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until puffy and lightly brown. Remove and let cool. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
