Pear Custard Cake

- yellow cake mix
- 3 c
- chopped fresh pears, apples or rhubarb
- 1/2 can(s)
- 2 c
- heavy cream
How to Make Pear Custard Cake
- 1Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake mix according to instructions.
- 2Pour cake mix into prepared 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle chopped fruit evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle sugar over fruit. Pour cream evenly over all.
- 3Bake for 40 minutes or until puffy and lightly brown. Remove and let cool. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
