Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup quick or old fasioned oats, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups shredded, pears
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make pear bundt cake

Step 1Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda in a large bowl.

Step 2Add pears, eggs, oil and vanilla; mix just untol dry ingredients are moistened.

Step 3Spoon into a well-greased 12 cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 4Cool on rack 10 minutes; remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
