This is one of my husbands favorite cakes cause he loves peanutbutter

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
3 - eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
PEANUTBUTTER FROSTING
2 cups powdered sugar
2 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
approx 2 cups of left over brewed coffee

How To Make peanutbutter cake

Step 1

first mix together all purpose flour and 1tsp baking powder and sugar then add eggs one at a time mixing well and add vegetable oil then add in milk and mix well and add to a 13xp baking dish preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake cake 30 to 35mins

Step 2

for the frosting cream together all ingredients and while coffee is still warm to smooth peanutbutter for icing and once cake is cool spread over cake
