Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c
    pb chips
  • 1/2 c
    chopped peanuts

How to Make Peanut Crunch Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. in a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, pb, and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly. set aside 1/2 cup (i use 3/4)
  2. add water, eggs, and oil to remaining crumb mix, blend on low till moistened, beat high 2 mins
  3. fold in 1/4 cup each kind of chips
  4. pour into 13x9 greased baking pan
  5. combine remaining chips, crumb mixture, peanuts (i love to use betty crocker praline curnch) sprinkle over top of batter
  6. bake 350 for 40-45 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean
