Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1 c
peanut butter
1/2 c
brown sugar
1 c
water
3
eggs
1/4 c
vegetable oil
3/4 c
chocolate chips
3/4 c
pb chips
1/2 c
chopped peanuts

How to Make Peanut Crunch Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1in a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, pb, and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly. set aside 1/2 cup (i use 3/4)
  • 2add water, eggs, and oil to remaining crumb mix, blend on low till moistened, beat high 2 mins
  • 3fold in 1/4 cup each kind of chips
  • 4pour into 13x9 greased baking pan
  • 5combine remaining chips, crumb mixture, peanuts (i love to use betty crocker praline curnch) sprinkle over top of batter
  • 6bake 350 for 40-45 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean
