1 cpeanuts chopped and divided
1 1/2 call purpose flour
1 cbutter (2 sticks) softened
1 pkg8- oz cream cheese, softened
1 cpowdered sugar
16- ozcontainer cool whip, divided
2 pkg(3-oz each) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 pkg(3-oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
3 3/4 cmilk, divided
1 cpeanut butter, divided
1- ozchocolate grated (opt)
How to Make Peanut Butter Pudding Cake
- Layer 1
In a small bowl, mix together 2/3 cups peanuts, flour, and softened butter and sugar. Mix until crumby. Press in the bottom of a greased 13"x9" pan and bake for 20 mins. at 350. Cool completely.
- Layer 2
Cream 1/2 cup peanut butter, and cream cheese. Add powder sugar and mix well. Fold in 8-oz (1/2) of the cool whip and spread over cooled crust.
- Layer 3
Mix 1 1/2 box of vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. While makin the fourth layer. Ref. to firm up mixture.
- Layer 4
Mix 1 box chocolate pudding mix with 1 1/3 cups mild and mix will. Add remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter mix will. Pour over set pudding mixture spread evenly.
- Layer 5
Mic the other 1/2 box of vanilla pudding mix to the remaining cool whip and mix will. Spread over chocolate mixture and top the cool whip with the remaining 1/3 cups peanuts and greated chocolate if you want too. Chill 2 to 3 hours until set.
