    yellow cake mix
  • 1 - 4 oz
    package of instant vanilla pudding
  • 4
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • ·
    chopped peanuts (optional)

How to Make Peanut Butter Pound Cake


  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowel mix for 3 minutes. Batter will be thick
  2. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
  4. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes, remove from pan and let completely cool.
  5. Frost with a vanilla frosting to which you have added 3 to 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
