yellow cake mix
1 - 4 oz
package of instant vanilla pudding
4
eggs
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1 c
water
1 c
peanut butter, creamy
chopped peanuts (optional)

How to Make Peanut Butter Pound Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients in large bowel mix for 3 minutes. Batter will be thick
  • 2Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  • 3Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
  • 4Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes, remove from pan and let completely cool.
  • 5Frost with a vanilla frosting to which you have added 3 to 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
