Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 - 4 ounces package of instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • - chopped peanuts (optional)

How To Make peanut butter pound cake

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in large bowel mix for 3 minutes. Batter will be thick
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes, remove from pan and let completely cool.
  • Step 5
    Frost with a vanilla frosting to which you have added 3 to 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
