This is to die for cake!!! I have made it plenty of times and every one loves it!!! It sound a bit complicated but it really isn't that hard. Just a lot of steps.

Ingredients
- ADD IN A BOWL:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2c cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- SET ASIDE
- COMBINE IN A SAUCE PAN:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup butter or oleo
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- BRING TO A BOIL, THEN ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE
- COMBINE:
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- ADD THIS TO THE CHOCLATE MIXTURE

Step 1BAKE AT 350* FOR 30 MIN. IN A GREASED 9X13 PAN

Step 2COOL THE CAKE FOR 20 MIN.

Step 3AFTER THE CAKE HAS COOLED 20 MIN. SPREAD WITH 1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER. If the PB is too thick microwave for 20 or 30 seconds so as not to lift the cake

Step 4MIX AND BOIL FOR 2 MIN. : 1 stick butter or oleo 3T. cocoa 6T milk 2tsp. vanilla

Step 5REMOVE FROM THE HEAT

Step 6ADD: confectioners sugar (up to 1#)

Step 7FROST THE CAKE AND ENJOY
