How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake
1Mix flour, sugar and soda in a mixing bowl. Put water, oleo, and cocoa in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
2Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in a greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
3For Icing...Put 3 Tablespoons of cocoa, 6 Tablespoons buttermilk and 1 stick of oleo in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
4Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter and 1 box of powdered sugar. Let cake cool about 10 minutes and then poor icing over the cake.
