2/3 cbaking cocoa

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2eggs

1 cmilk

2/3 cvegetable oil

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cbrewed coffee, room temp
- FROSTING:

3 ozcream cheese, softened

1/4 ccreamy peanut butter

2 cconfectioners sugar

2 Tbspmilk

1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter chocolate cake

1In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

2Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin).

3Pour into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.

4For frosting, in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the sugar, milk, and vanilla. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Store in refrigerator.
