My three favorite flavors in one delicious dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 box 20 ounce walnut brownie mix
  • 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 - egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make peanut butter cheesecake brownies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  • Step 3
    Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Step 4
    Spread brownie mix into pan.
  • Step 5
    In small mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch until fluffy.
  • Step 6
    Gradually beat in condensed milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Step 7
    Pour evenly over brownie batter.
  • Step 8
    Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
  • Step 9
    Cool and chill thoroughly. Cut into bar.
  • Step 10
    I garnish by drizzling melted chocolate or lightly sift cocoa powder over the top of the brownies.
