How to Make Peanut Butter Cake
- Cream sugar and shortening then add peanut butter.
- Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
- Add the beaten eggs last.
- Put in greased and floured pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
- ICING: 2 cups icing sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon peanut butter and enough hot water to make it spreadable.
