Ingredients

  • 1
    duncan hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 2/3 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • ·
    frosting
  • 2 box
    jiffy fudge frosting mix
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

How to Make Peanut Butter Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. DO NOT FOLLOW PACKAGE DIRECTIONS FOR CAKE.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Pour dry cake mix into bowl.
  4. Add milk, eggs, and 3/4 peanut butter. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. (or til combined)
  5. Pour into a prepared (greased and floured) 13x9 pan.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Prepare Jiffy Fudge Frosting mix as box directs. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter, and another TBLSP of water.
  8. When cake is cool, frost. This is GREAT with vanilla ice cream.
