1 stick
margarine
1/2 c
oil
1 c
water
2 c
sugar
2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
milk

eggs beaten
1 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 1/2-2 c
peanut butter
2 stick
margarine
1 c
milk
1-1 1/2 bag(s)
confectioners' sugar
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract

How to Make Peanut Butter Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1BOIL TOGETHER FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS ON LOW HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY, WILL CREAM FAST in a large pot that you can add more ingredients to.
    TAKE OFF HEAT
  • 2ADD NEXT 6 INGREDIENTS INTO SAME POT.
  • 3POUR INTO CAKE DISH AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES.
  • 4FROSTING-----
    BOIL TOGETHER 1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER OR 2 CUPS PEANUT BUTTER, MARGARINE, AND MILK. REMOVE FROM HEAT.(DEPENDING ON HOW RICH YOU WANT FROSTING. MAY HAVE TO ADD MORE CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR AFTER IF YOU DO.)
  • 5ADD 1 TO 1 1/2 POUND OF CONFECTIONERY SUGAR
    AND VANILLA.
    BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND SPREAD ON SLIGHTLY COOLED CAKE.
  • 6REFRIGERATE UNTIL SET.
