Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2-2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-1 1/2 bags confectioners' sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

How To Make peanut butter cake

  • Step 1
    BOIL TOGETHER FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS ON LOW HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY, WILL CREAM FAST in a large pot that you can add more ingredients to. TAKE OFF HEAT
  • Step 2
    ADD NEXT 6 INGREDIENTS INTO SAME POT.
  • Step 3
    POUR INTO CAKE DISH AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES.
  • Step 4
    FROSTING----- BOIL TOGETHER 1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER OR 2 CUPS PEANUT BUTTER, MARGARINE, AND MILK. REMOVE FROM HEAT.(DEPENDING ON HOW RICH YOU WANT FROSTING. MAY HAVE TO ADD MORE CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR AFTER IF YOU DO.)
  • Step 5
    ADD 1 TO 1 1/2 POUND OF CONFECTIONERY SUGAR AND VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND SPREAD ON SLIGHTLY COOLED CAKE.
  • Step 6
    REFRIGERATE UNTIL SET.
