How to Make peanut butter cake
- 1Cream together peanut butter,shortening and brown
sugar.Add vanilla.Add eggs one at a time beating well
after each addition.Sift flour with baking powder
and salt.Add dry ingredients and milk,mix well.
- 2Grease and flour a 13x9 cake pan.Pour prepared
batter in pan.Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cake is done when tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.Allow to cool and then frost.
