peanut butter buttercream
All I have to say is YUMMY! Smooth, creamy and peanut buttery! I always use Jif when I have to add peanut butter to anything! I love adding this topping to cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, etc. I love peanut butter!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup smooth jif peanut butter
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
- pinch of salt
How To Make peanut butter buttercream

Step 1Cream butter and peanut butter together in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add powdered sugar with mixer on low speed and gradually add milk and vanilla extract. Mix until frosting is smooth. If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more sugar.
