peanut butter banana pretzel poke cake
I created another poke cake recipe, combining peanut butter, mashed bananas, and pretzels. The frosting is made out of cinnamon cane sugar.

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 medium bananas, peeled
- 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons Torani peanut butter syrup
- 2 tablespoons malted milk powder
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
- CINNAMON CANE SUGAR FROSTING
- 1 tube frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon cane sugar
How To Make peanut butter banana pretzel poke cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add crushed pretzels.

Step 3Place peeled bananas in a medium bowl mashed evenly with a fork. Add 1 cup peanut butter and peanut butter chips; mix well for 2 minutes until combined.

Step 4Spoon banana/peanut butter mixture onto pretzel pieces in the baking dish and spread evenly.

Step 5In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and peanut butter powder; beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until blended.

Step 6Pour slowly onto the banana/peanut butter mixture in the baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes.

Step 7Whisk sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter syrup, and malted milk powder in a small bowl for 2 minutes until combined. Set aside.

Step 8In another medium bowl, combine whipped topping, cream cheese, half and half, and cinnamon cane sugar. Whisk together until blended.

Step 9Poke the cooled cake with the end of the wooden spoon. Pour condensed milk mixture.

Step 10Spread the frosting onto the prepared cake. Sprinkle with honey roasted peanuts.
