How To Make peanut butter banana bottom chocolate layer cake
-
Step 1Place peeled bananas in a medium bowl mashed evenly with a fork. Add 1 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoons cinnamon cane sugar, and peanut butter chips; mix well for 2 minutes until combined.
-
Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat two 8' round cake pans with cooking spray. Spoon banana/peanut butter mixture between both cake pans and spread evenly.
-
Step 3In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, hot cocoa mix, and 2 tablespoons cinnamon cane sugar; beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until blended.
-
Step 4Pour slowly onto the banana/peanut butter mixture in the cake pans and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes.
-
Step 5In another medium bowl, combine whipped topping, chocolate milk, cream cheese, chocolate syrup, and 2 tablespoons cinnamon cane sugar; mix well until blended. Set aside.
-
Step 6Place one cake layer (upside down) on a serving plate. Spread the remaining peanut butter onto the bottom side and spread evenly. Add sliced Snickers bars over the top.
-
