Ingredients
- 300 grams plain flour
- 200 grams soft brown sugar
- 15 grams baking powder
- 100 grams sunflower oil
- 2 - free range eggs (beaten)
- 200 grams milk
- 100 grams peanut butter
- Handfull - chocolate chips
- 12 - muffin cases
How To Make peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins

Step 1Set oven to 190c (about 375f)

Step 2Sift together in a large bowl the flour, sugar and baking powder, stir through *chocolate chips.

Step 3In another bowl mix peanut butter, oil, milk and eggs.

Step 4Mix wet ingredients into dry ensuring all dry mixture is wettened properly.

Step 5Divide mixture between the twelve cases (I found about 2 Dessertspoons in each was about right).

Step 6Place in preheated oven for about 20, until risen, firm and golden.

Step 7Remove, cool and decorate if you wish.

Step 8*As an alternative to chocolate chips you could use mashed banana. Or use both, adjusting the levels accordingly.
