Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix any brand
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding 4 serving size
  • 1 1/2 cups diced peaches and juice ( best tasting you like)
  • 1 stick butter, unsalted room temp
  • 3 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 12 slices peaches
  • 1/4 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 can vanilla/sour cream frosting

How To Make peachy cake semi homemade

  • Step 1
    Place cake mix, softened butter, peaches and juice, pudding mix and eggs in a mixer. Blend and beat until cake reaches proper consistancy. Pour into a 9x13 greaed and floured pan and bake at 350 degrees until cake springs back when touched. Cool only a few minutes. Poke cake many times with a large meat fork to create holes for the frosting to absorb
  • Step 2
    Put can of frosting in microwave and heat enough to liquify frosting so it will pour out of the can. Add 1/4 stick melted butter to the frosting. Pour half of the mixture over the warm cake. Let the cake rest. In a few minutes place 12-16 slices of canned peaches over the cake and drizzle a little more frosting over the peaches. Sprinkle a little nutmeg and cinnamon ( optional ) over the cake ad serve wam with whipped cream.
