Ingredients
- 1 package orange or lemon cake mix
- 1 can peach pie filling, 21 oz
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 package cream cheese, softened, 8 oz
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding, 3 1/2 oz box
- 1 can crushed pineapple, do not drain 16 oz can
- 1 package cool whip, 8 0z
How To Make peach sheet cake

Step 1With a fork, do not use spoon, mix together the cake mix, pie filling, and eggs. Mix well. Add sour cream and mix well again. Pour into a 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30m minutes.

Step 2Cool cake completely.

Step 3Frosting

Step 4Mix together cream cheese, pudding mix, crushed pineapple with juice, mix well. Fold into the cool whip.

Step 5Spread on cool cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 6NOTE: This is a very good cake and keeps well, but must be refrigerated.
