Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked oats
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter, cut up
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/4 pound peaches, peeled, cut in 1" chunks (2 cups)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease 9\" square baking pan.

Step 3Make streusel: Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.

Step 4With pasty blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 5Stir in pecans.

Step 6Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.

Step 7Beat butter and sugar in mixer bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy.

Step 8Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

Step 9Add sour cream alternately with dry ingredients, beginning and ending with dry ingredients; beat just until combined.

Step 10Spread batter in prepared pan.

Step 11Sprinkle evenly with half the streusel.

Step 12Spoon peaches on top; sprinkle with remaining streusel.

Step 13Bake 50-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 14Cool in pan on wire rack 30 minutes.

Step 15Sprinkle with confectioners\' sugar.
