After freezing peaches, peach pie, peach cobbler, peach short cake etc., I wanted something different. My son said this tasted like peach cobbler in a cake. Good morning cake. Not too sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 cups peaches, chopped
How To Make peach cobbler cake

Step 1Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla. Sift 2 3/4 cup of the flour with baking powder and salt. Toss chopped peaches in remaining 1/4 cup flour. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Fold in peaches. Spread evenly in greased Bundt pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes @ 325.
