I Found this recipe on Facebook,Courtesy of Christine Boone It looked so yummy that I had to copy it into my recipe file.

Ingredients For peach cake

  • 2 can
    sliced peaches
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    coconut

How To Make peach cake

  • 1
    Drain the peaches and empty into a large bowl. mash them.
  • 2
    Add flour, sugar and soda and mix well.

    Spray a 9 x 13 inch cake pan and pour in batter. Bake in a preheated 350F degree oven for 35 minutes.

    FOR ICING: Boil everything on top of the stove until thick, remove from heat, spread on cooled cake.
