This is a rich recipe that can serve 12 or more
Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced peaches
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 can evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup coconut
How To Make peach cake

Step 1Drain the peaches and empty into a large bowl. mash them.

Step 2Add flour, sugar and soda and mix well.

Step 3Spray a 9 x 13 inch cake pan and pour in batter. Bake in a preheated 350F degree oven for 35 minutes.

Step 4FOR ICING: Boil everything on top of the stove until thick, remove from heat, spread on cooled cake.
