Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 5 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make peach cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer, blend first five ingredients.

Step 2Spread in greased and floured 15x10" jelly roll pan, or 13x9" plus one 8" cake pan.

Step 3Combine 3/4 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and sprinkle half of cinnamon/sugar mixture lightly over dough base.

Step 4Arrange peach slices by rows on top of base.

Step 5Sprinkle with remainder of cinnanmon/sugar mixture and drizzle melted butter over all.

Step 6Bake for 25-30 minutes.
