Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 5 large
    peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Peach Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer, blend first five ingredients.
  2. Spread in greased and floured 15x10" jelly roll pan, or 13x9" plus one 8" cake pan.
  3. Combine 3/4 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and sprinkle half of cinnamon/sugar mixture lightly over dough base.
  4. Arrange peach slices by rows on top of base.
  5. Sprinkle with remainder of cinnanmon/sugar mixture and drizzle melted butter over all.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
