I got this recipe from a friend also named Susan. It's easy, and the topping really adds a great touch.

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can peach pie filling
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
How To Make peach cake by susan

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

Step 2Combine all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend with electric mixer at low speed until completely moistened, about 1 minute. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in prepared pan.

Step 3Make Topping: In a medium bowl combine topping ingredients with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping over cake batter.

Step 4Bake cake for 40-45 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly. No frosting necessary. If desired, you can top slices with more peach pie filling or fresh sliced peaches.
