Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 tablespoons backing powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon groung allspice
  • 1/2 cup vegtable oil
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 - mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth
  • 1 - container 16 oz. chocolate frosting

How To Make pb & banana cupcake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 line muffin pan with baking cups
  • Step 2
    Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, in bowl mix well
  • Step 3
    Add oil, eggs, milk, vanilla, peanut butter blend well add mashed banana until blended.
  • Step 4
    Spoon into cups 3/4 full
  • Step 5
    bake 25 to 30 min cool
  • Step 6
    remove frosting from can, beat for a few min. to make fluffy frost
