    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    backing powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    groung allspice
  • 1/2 c
    vegtable oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    mashed bananas
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter smooth
  • 1
    container 16 oz. chocolate frosting

How to Make PB & Banana Cupcake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350 line muffin pan with baking cups
  2. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, in bowl mix well
  3. Add oil, eggs, milk, vanilla, peanut butter blend well add mashed banana until blended.
  4. Spoon into cups 3/4 full
  5. bake 25 to 30 min cool
  6. remove frosting from can, beat for a few min. to make fluffy frost
