- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 cups carrots, grated
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheeese
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure

Step 1Cream sugar, oil, and eggs. Add dry ingredients. mix until blended. Add carrots and nuts stir until mixed in.

Step 2pour into a greased 9x13 pan.Bake at 300* for 30 to 40 minutes
