CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

8 ozcream cheeese

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

1 lbpowdered sugar

1 tspvanilla extract pure
How to Make Pat's Carrot Spice Cake and Frosting
- Cream sugar, oil, and eggs.
Add dry ingredients. mix until blended.
Add carrots and nuts stir until mixed in. - pour into a greased 9x13 pan.Bake at 300* for 30 to 40 minutes
- frosting; soften cream cheese and butter, add sugar and vanilla Beat beat beat, until fluffy and spreads easy.If too thick, I add a bit of milk. enjoy. thanks patty. xoxoxoxo
