Ingredients
- 1 cup ap flour
- 1 cup oil, canola or vegetable
- 1 cup crisco
How To Make pan release

Step 1Put all in a bowl and mix with hand mixer until smooth and incorporated.

Step 2Brush on pans to make a quick release instead of greasing and flouring pans. Works great on detailed Bundt pans.

Step 3Store in a covered jar in refrigerator. Good for 3 months. I cut the recipe to a 1/4 cup of each if I'm not doing much baking.
