Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
6 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup cold water

How To Make pan handy pudding

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients well in 9 x7 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

Step 2

While still hot, place 1 box junior mints in top, let melt and spread. Cut when cool.
