Ingredients
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup lite sour cream
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make overnight coffecake

Step 1In lg bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and sour cream. In another bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Add to butter mix. Mix well.

Step 2Spray a bundt pan w/ cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. In bowl, combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 the mix over batter. Swirl mix through batter.

Step 3Sprinkle remaining mix over batter. Cover cake and chill overnight. The next day, heat oven to 350. Bake cake for 35-45 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
