I found a basic cheesecake recipe and added a little something to it! It is very easy to make and it doesnt require the spring pan for cheesecake like most do!

Ingredients
- 1 package oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 - eggs
- 6 - squares of bakers chocolate (melted and cooled)
- 1 package chips (chocolate, white chocolate, or hugs) optional
How To Make oreo vanilla, fudge swirled cheesecake

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Melt bakers chocolate, set off to the side, and let cool.

Step 3Place Oreo cookies in a food processor or chop as finely as possible. Mix cookie crumbs and butter together and pack tightly into a 13 X 9 pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.

Step 4Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar into a large mixing bowl. After it is mixed well, add the sour cream and mix for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5Save one cup of batter and set off to the side.

Step 6Mix melted chocolate into the large amount of batter.

Step 7Pour batter over the semi-cooled Oreo crust.

Step 8Take batter that was set off to the side and make dollops on top of the chocolate batter.

Step 9Take a knife and swirl the two batters together.

Step 10OPTIONAL: Add chunks of Oreo cookies, chips (white, choocolate, or hugs) to the top of the batter before it sets.

Step 11Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate 4 hours.
