  Crush oreo cookies in a food processor or blender until finely ground.

  Knead in softened cream cheese with hands.

  Roll into 2 inch balls. Set in cake pan lined with parchment, and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.

  Dip hardened oreo balls in melted bark, and let excess chocolate drip off.

  Drizzle with white chocolate, top with sprinkles, candies, anything for decor, if desired.

  Keep refrigerated until time to serve.
