2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 - eggs
1/3 cup butter,softened
1 cup orange soda pop
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

How To Make orange soda cake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of 9 inch square pan with shortening, lightly flour. In med. bowl, beat all ingredients with mixer on low speed 30 sec. scraping the bowl. Beat on med. speed 2 minutes scraping the bowl. Pour batter into pan. Bake 33 to 37 minutes. Cool completely about 1 hour.
