orange rolls
This is an old recipe from my Grandma Rose's news paper clippings from 1960's. It's very good dessert or have it as a breakfast muffin with a good cup of coffee.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup warm water 105-115° (not boiling)
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
How To Make orange rolls

Step 1Mix orange juice , 1/2 cup sugar , orange rind and 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan , cook for 2min. over low heat ; divide among 12 muffin cups.

Step 2Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in egg ,1 Tbs. sugar and bisquick ; Beat hard.

Step 3Knead about 20 times on bisquick dusted surface. Roll out to a rectangle 16x9". Spread with butter , brown sugar. Roll up tightly, beginning at wide side. Seal by pinching the edge of dough onto the roll.

Step 4Slice into 12 slices ; Place in muffin cups. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm spot for 45-60 minutes.

Step 5Heat oven to 400° Bake for 15 min. Invert and serve warm.
