My Nanna passed this on to me because we all loved it so much. It starts with a box mix so it's super quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 11 ounces can mandarin oranges with juice
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 28 ounces can crushed pineapple wih juice
- 1 box 3 0z vanilla instant pudding
- 1 package 10 0z whipped topping
How To Make orange pineapple cake

Step 1preheat oven to 325 degrees. grease 9"x13" pan.

Step 2Mash mandarin oranges with a fork. Combine with cake mix, oil, and eggs. Beat for 2 mimutes. Pour into pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 3In a medium bowl, stir together pineapple and pudding. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake. Refridgerate. Decorate with additional fruit if desired.
