2 can(s)(small) mandarin oranges
1 can(s)pineapple, crushed with juice
112 oz container cool whip
1 box(small) vanilla instant pudding
How to Make Orange Mandarin Cake
- Drain oranges and save the juice. Mix and bake cake according to directions on the box. Instead of using the water amount on the box replace it with the juice from the oranges and add the oranges to the mixture and beat well. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake is done. Let cool completely.
Drain the pineapple and save the juice. Mix together the pudding and the pineapple juice until well blended, add pineapple and mix well fold in cool whip. Keep refrigerated.
